Starchaser was originary
a band of three members, but in 2005 the band decided
to split and, among the various agreements made,
Starchaser name was assigned to Danny.
Starchaser debut single, "Love will set you
free (Jambe Myth)" was one of the summer 2002
hits. The track sold 150.000 copies across the world,
hit n.24 in Official UK Singles Chart, the video
was heavily played on world MTVs, the single licensed
in more then 20 countries worldwide.
"Falling Star"
was the second single, made in collaboration with
vocalist Steve Edwards, the one of Bob Sinclar "World
Hold On" single. Released in Italy in late
June 2003, where it reached n.37 in the official
Italian Singles Chart, it was released also in other
10 countries across the world, amongst others on VANDIT.
In March 2006
the new official Starchaser single has been released.
It is "Sex Appeal" a track inspired to
the 80s and featuring a sample from a famous 80s
hit.
To reflect his radical change of sound (from commercial/progressive
to melodic elektro-house) Danny is currently recording
also as Danny Darko.
Thomas & Fausto are still producing successfully as Starchaser.
